Board of Commissioners

As an independent special district created by the State of Florida, the Jupiter Inlet District is governed by 5-member Commission dedicated to carrying out the duties prescribed in the institution's charter.

Property owners within the District's boundaries in Palm Beach County are eligible to vote for candidates running for the Jupiter Inlet District Commission during the general election held in November of each odd numbered year.  Candidates must reside within the district. Commissioners serve staggered 4-year terms with three (3) Commission seats on the ballot in one election year and two (2) Commission seats on the ballot two years later.
